If you're a new patient who wants to schedule an appointment, please give us a call at (301) 839-2700. We recommend that you download the new patient forms before your arrival to help speedy your initial visit. Please bring your insurance card and your photo ID with you to your appointment. If you are currently taking any medications, please bring your medication bottles with you as well. We accept most private, health insurances; however, we do not accept state-issued, health insurances, such as Medicaid.
For patients without health insurance, please contact MD Medical Research, as they may be able to provide you with an alternative solution, so that you don't have to pay for medical care out-of-pocket. If you qualify for a study, you may even receive a free investigational medication as well as compensation.
Prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy of choice. Please refer to our office policy on prescription medications on the top right column of our About Us page for more detail.
Please do not send any personal health information (PHI) via email. Emails received with PHI will not be reviewed.
