WE ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS.We are a group of family practitioners and internists. We are busy, but we can always make time to visit with new patients. We see patients 12 years and older.
Walk-ins are also accepted, specifically for patients who are suffering urgent sickness and minor injuries, if and when there is an opening. In case of an emergency, however, please visit a hospital that is convenient for you. Since we aren't affiliated with any particular hospital, we won't force you to go to one over another. It's up to you! For after-hour non-emergencies, one of our doctors is always on call. This allows us to be able to serve you, even when our office doors are locked. Because sometimes it's just more comfortable to speak with a doctor who knows you. We're also not affiliated with any particular specialist; although if you're situation requires it, we'll send you to one of the specialists in the area. There are several specialists that come to our office to accommodate patients, including a gastroenterologist, a hematologist/oncologist, a nephrologist, a cardiovascular specialist, and an ophthalmology retinal specialist. |
WE ACCEPT most HEALTH INSURANCES.Some of the major health insurance providers we accept are Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Humana, etc.
Our list is rather extensive. We don't accept state-issued health insurances, such as Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card and photo identification each time you come to the office. We're transparent about fees & payments.Help us contain medical care costs by making your copay for services at the time of your visit. As a courtesy, we will file all claims to your insurance companies unless you request otherwise.
You must call 24 hours ahead to cancel your appointment. There will be a $35.00 fee for no-show appointments. For every form a Provider needs to complete (e.g. FMLA, Disability, DMV Application, etc.), the patient will be charged $10 for the first page and $5 for each additional page. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, ATM cards, and personal checks. Please note that in certain situations, some specialists are called to attend your specific needs. Occasionally they will bill you directly from their office for services such as surgery and extended procedures. |
we work with you.The best care is a long-term relationship. A lot of times a chronic disease can take time to control. Therefore, it's important for us to stay in touch, so that we can progressively better your health together.
It's our #1 goal to make sure you're safe. We do this by frequently visiting with you. Our Providers will 1) consult with you, 2) have you complete lab work, 3) diagnose you, 4) educate you, 5) prescribe you medication, if a diagnosis requires it, and 6) follow up with you. Please bring your medication bottles with you to every visit. It's important for accuracy in our patient care. |
